    Why I Started This.

    I've been a licensed Connecticut real estate broker since 2018. I own rental properties myself. I've dealt with tenants, midnight maintenance calls, insurance claims, Section 8 inspections, and everything else that comes with owning property in CT.

    I've also hired property managers. Most were fine — until something went wrong. Then it was silence, excuses, or a bill I didn't expect.

    I started Saini Property Management because I wanted to build the company I wished existed when I was looking for help with my own properties. One that's honest about what things cost. One that treats your property the way I treat mine. One that earns your trust every month instead of locking you into a contract and hoping you don't notice.

    No big origin story. Just a property owner who decided to do this the right way.

    A $500K house with a great tenant is easy to manage. A $200K house with deferred maintenance and yearly turnover is hard. We price based on what the work actually requires — not what your property is worth on paper.

    We'd rather charge you fairly and over-deliver than squeeze every dollar out of the relationship. Our management fees sit below CT market rates. Zero markup on maintenance. You should feel like you're getting a great deal — because you are.
